These Terms & Conditions apply to all Carnival Creed 2026 purchases, registrations, costume orders, outfit orders, road packages, add-ons and related services for Carnival Creed 2026: Fall from Grace at Notting Hill Carnival 2026.
By registering, paying a deposit, making a payment, joining a payment plan, collecting a costume, wearing a Carnival Creed wristband or participating with Carnival Creed, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Important: These Terms & Conditions do not remove or limit any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
Carnival Creed, we, us or our means the Carnival Creed band, brand, production team, organisers, administrators and authorised representatives.
Masquerader, customer, you or your means the person registering for, purchasing from, collecting from or participating with Carnival Creed 2026.
Costume, outfit or package means any Carnival Creed custom-made item, Carnival costume, Monday wear, section costume, accessory, wristband, road package, food and drink package, inclusive bar access, add-on or related service purchased from or provided by Carnival Creed.
Event means Carnival Creed 2026: Fall from Grace at Notting Hill Carnival 2026.
Custom-made means items produced, adapted, ordered, decorated, sized, allocated or prepared specifically for the customer, their section, their measurements, their order or their selected package.
2. Registration
2.1. All masqueraders must register through the official Carnival Creed sales channel, registration form or approved platform.
2.2. Registration is not confirmed until the required deposit or payment has been successfully received.
2.3. Carnival Creed reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration where necessary, including but not limited to incorrect information, suspected fraud, abusive conduct, failed payments, duplicate orders or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
2.4. You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is accurate, including your full name, contact details, size, measurements, section choice, payment details and emergency contact information.
2.5. Carnival Creed is not responsible for errors, delays, missed updates, incorrect sizing or collection issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information provided by you.
3. Custom-Made Costume Notice
3.1. All Carnival Creed costumes and outfits are custom-made, made-to-order, personalised, section-specific or specially allocated for the 2026 presentation.
3.2. Once your order has been placed and accepted, Carnival Creed begins committing resources to your package. This may include materials, labour, embellishments, production planning, supplier orders, section allocation, costume construction, administration, logistics and road experience costs.
3.3. Because costumes and outfits are custom-made, they cannot be resold easily and are not standard off-the shelf products.
3.4. Custom-made or personalised items are treated differently from standard goods under UK consumer rules. This does not remove any rights that apply where goods are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or where another statutory remedy is legally required.
4. Payments and Deposits
4.1. A deposit is required to secure your Carnival Creed costume, outfit or package.
4.2. All deposits are strictly non-refundable, except where Carnival Creed is legally required to provide a refund.
4.3. All payments made towards a Carnival Creed costume, outfit or package are non-refundable, except where Carnival Creed is legally required to provide a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction or other statutory remedy.
4.4. Payments must be made by the deadlines stated on the registration platform, invoice, payment plan or official Carnival Creed communication.
4.5. Failure to make payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of your order.
4.6. If your order is cancelled due to missed, late, failed or incomplete payment, any previous payments made may be retained to cover costs already incurred.
4.7. Carnival Creed is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, expired cards, incorrect card details, insufficient funds, payment provider issues or customer error.
5. Payment Plans
5.1. Carnival Creed may offer payment plans through PlayMas or another approved platform.
5.2. By entering a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments by the required dates.
5.3. You remain responsible for tracking your own payment schedule.
5.4. Missed or incomplete payment plan payments may result in your costume, outfit or package being cancelled, withheld or released at Carnival Creed's discretion.
5.5. Payment plan administration is handled by the relevant platform where applicable. Any platform fees, processing fees or late fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. No Refund Policy
6.1. Carnival Creed operates a strict no-refund policy due to the custom-made, time-sensitive and event-specific nature of Carnival costumes, outfits and packages.
6.2. Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind
No longer wishing to attend
Personal circumstances
Work commitments
Travel disruption
Moving away
Illness, unless otherwise required by law
Pregnancy, unless otherwise required by law
Incorrect size selection
Weight loss or weight gain

Missing Carnival
Weather conditions
Discomfort from wearing a costume
Damage caused after collection

Removal from the band due to misconduct
Failure to read these Terms & Conditions
6.3. No refunds, exchanges or chargebacks are permitted because a customer later decides the costume, outfit, section, colour, design, package or experience is no longer suitable.
6.4. This policy does not remove any statutory rights you may have under UK law. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where required by law, and services must be performed with reasonable care and skill.
6.5. If any refund, price reduction, credit, repair, replacement or other remedy is legally required or offered by Carnival Creed, the Carnival Creed costume experience will be assessed on an itemised basis. The package may include separate elements such as costume production, accessories, wristband and road access, inclusive bar access, food, snacks, administration, packaging, logistics, security, music truck access, first aid, media coverage, third-party platform costs and other operational services. Any refund, if applicable, will be limited to the specific item, element or service legally affected and will not automatically apply to the full package or full experience.
7. Faulty Goods and Statutory Rights
7.1. Carnival Creed will not avoid any legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7.2. If a costume or outfit is believed to be faulty, you must notify Carnival Creed in writing as soon as possible and before wearing, altering, damaging or using the item.
7.3. You must provide clear photographs, your order confirmation and a written explanation of the issue.
7.4. Carnival Creed must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the item and, where appropriate, repair, replace, reduce the price, provide an itemised remedy or otherwise resolve the issue in line with applicable law.
7.5. Faults do not include:
Minor handmade variations
Natural feather variation
Slight colour differences caused by lighting, photography or screen display
Reasonable embellishment placement differences
Damage caused by misuse, storage, transport or wear
Damage caused by alcohol, water, weather, crowds, sitting, dancing or pulling
Damage caused by unauthorised alterations
Sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements or customer error
7.6. Where Carnival Creed is legally required to provide a remedy, the remedy will be provided in line with applicable UK consumer law and may be calculated only against the itemised element affected.
8. Cooling-Off Period and Cancellation Rights
8.1. Standard online cancellation rights may not apply to Carnival Creed costumes and outfits because they are custom-made, personalised, made-to-order or allocated specifically for the customer.
8.2. By purchasing from Carnival Creed, you acknowledge that your costume or outfit is not a standard retail item and that production, sourcing, allocation and preparation may begin shortly after payment.
8.3. Any cancellation request is at Carnival Creed's discretion unless cancellation rights apply by law.
8.4. If Carnival Creed agrees to cancel an order as a gesture of goodwill, any refund, credit, resale option or partial adjustment will be decided solely by Carnival Creed and may be reduced to reflect costs already incurred.
9. Sizing and Measurements
9.1. You are responsible for selecting the correct size and submitting accurate measurements. 9.2. Carnival Creed may provide size guides, but these are guidance only.
9.3. Costumes are handmade and may not fit every body shape in the same way.
9.4. Size changes may only be requested within 48 hours of registration.
9.5. After 48 hours, size changes are not guaranteed and may be refused.
9.6. Carnival Creed is not responsible for incorrect sizing caused by wrong measurements, guessed sizes, failure to follow the size guide, weight gain, weight loss, body shape differences or late size change requests.
9.7. Alterations are not included unless expressly confirmed in writing.
9.8. Any approved alteration may be subject to extra charges and availability.
10. Costume Design, Images and Final Product
10.1. All launch images, promotional images, campaign images, sketches, renders, videos and samples are for visual guidance.
10.2. Final costumes may vary slightly from promotional material due to handmade production, fabric availability, feather variation, trim and embellishment availability, supplier changes, safety improvements, structural adjustments, photography lighting, editing, screen display, body shape and sizing differences.
10.3. Carnival Creed reserves the right to make reasonable design, material or construction changes where necessary.
10.4. Any substitution will be made with the intention of preserving the overall value, standard, theme and visual identity of the costume.
10.5. Minor differences between the promotional image and final costume do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
11. Section Selection and Changes
11.1. Section selection is subject to availability.
11.2. Once registered, section changes are not guaranteed.
11.3. Carnival Creed may refuse section changes after purchase.

13. Collection
13.1. Costumes and outfits must be collected during the official Carnival Creed distribution period. 13.2. You must bring valid photo ID and order confirmation.
13.3. Carnival Creed may refuse collection if the name, ID or order details do not match.
13.4. If someone collects on your behalf, they must provide their own valid photo ID, a copy of your valid photo ID, your written permission and your order confirmation.
13.5. You are responsible for checking your costume at collection before leaving the distribution point. 13.6. Any collection issue must be raised immediately with Carnival Creed staff.
13.7. Carnival Creed is not responsible for costumes left uncollected after the distribution period. 13.8. Missed collection does not entitle you to a refund.

14.1. Delivery is only available if Carnival Creed officially offers it.
14.2. Delivery may be subject to additional charges.
14.3. You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

16.2. Package contents are subject to operational conditions on Carnival day.
16.3. Carnival Creed will make reasonable efforts to provide the advertised package but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to every service at every moment.
16.4. Services may be affected by crowd control, police instruction, road closures, route changes, weather, supplier availability, transport delays, safety issues or other factors outside Carnival Creed's control.
16.5. Temporary disruption to road services does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
16.6. Where a remedy is legally required in relation to part of the road package, Carnival Creed may assess that remedy against the specific itemised element affected rather than the full costume experience.
17. Food, Drink and Inclusive Bar Service
17.1. Food and drink offerings are subject to availability.

17.11. No refund, partial refund, compensation or credit will be issued where alcohol service is refused, limited, paused or unavailable due to intoxication, behaviour, age verification, safety concerns, licensing compliance, stock availability, route disruption, operational issues or circumstances outside Carnival Creed's control.
